Optima Media is a digital marketing agency specializing in digital performance marketing operating lead generation through a network of international comparison websites.
Our mission is to simplify the purchase choice of the consumers by using the technology. As part of its international expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented French-speaking Digital Account Manager to manage a portfolio of advertisers (Finance, Telecom, Energy providers, Entertainment … ) and work alongside our marketing department, a multinational brilliant team.
🚀 Your mission
You will be expected to build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with advertisers, identifying and executing the right campaigns for each client with the long-term objective of developing and growing accounts.
We're looking for someone with strong expertise in account management, resourceful, works well independently and as part of a team. You will be passionate about digital marketing with an aptitude for business development, results-oriented and proactive in delivering the best possible customer experience. Tech savvy, you have in deep interest in digital technologies.
💡 Responsibilities
- Monitoring lead generation campaigns using CRM tools and producing reports
- Maintaining and developing existing accounts (70%) and new partners (30%)
- Providing relevant and quick answers to partners (Emails, chat and phone)
- Negotiating commercial terms while utilizing analytical data
- Working closely and under the supervision of your Acquisition Manager
- Reaching your quarterly OKR
- Tracking System Setup ensuring conversions accuracy of our partner's offers
- Checking and testing implementation of new offers in our data analysis platform
- Updating offer's content of partners on our comparison websites
- Managing operational administration (contracts, numbers validations, insertion order, invoicing follow up)

- Strong communication skills and ability to build long term relationships with partners
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Tech-savvy
- Autonomous but with a Team player spirit - We are stronger together :)
- Eager to learn to stay at the top of digital industry in constant evolution
- French-speaking with a good level of English
- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
- Aptitude to oversee and manage newby co-workers and interns
- +1 year experience in digital account management in the online industry
